I offer a dynamic and strengths-based approach to help you identify challenges and obstacles that are hindering you from growth and true potential, while focusing on self-empowerment, self-acceptance, and change. I want to help you identify healthy coping skills to aid in lessening stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition to a strengths-based approach, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
